Each adventure is thoughtfully designed with 4- and 5-star hotels, resorts, and trusted travel partners to ensure exceptional quality, service, and unforgettable experiences every step of the way.
How far in advance should I book?
For the best availability and a smooth planning process, we recommend starting 4-6 months in advance. More specialized trips, such as an African safari or an expedition cruise, are best planned 12–18 months ahead to secure the best options and experiences.
Why do you provide bundled package rates for some trips?
Many of our trusted partners offer bundled services—including accommodations, transfers, and tours— so we can create seamless itineraries with exclusive perks and special inclusions. While pricing isn’t always itemized, this approach ensures a stress-free experience with elevated service, preferred rates, and added value through our carefully vetted partners.
Do you book flights?
Yes! We are happy to assist with flights. We can book international flights in premium economy, business, and first class; and domestic flights in business and first class. There is a $50 ticketing fee per person, which goes directly to our ticketing office to support a 24/7 help desk, so you have assistance available before and during your trip.
Do you work with Airbnb or Vrbo?
In most cases, no. Because many properties are independently managed, we can’t always guarantee the quality or service standards we uphold. We focus on booking hotels, villas, and residences through trusted partners that meet our 4- and 5-star standards, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
Can you plan trips off the beaten path?
Absolutely — this is my specialty! Whether it’s hidden beaches, mountain villages, or immersive cultural experiences, I love crafting itineraries that go beyond the typical tourist path.
